超滤是利用超滤膜的微孔筛分机理，在压力驱动下，将直径为0.002-0.1μm之间的颗粒和杂质截留，去除胶体、蛋白质、微生物和大分子有机物。

Ultrafiltration is based on the principle of micromesh sieving by UF membrane. Driven by pressure the particles and impurities with diameters ranged from 0.002 to 0.1μm shall be trapped while colloid, protein, microorganism and macromolecule organism shall be removed.
