废水“零排放”是运用“物化、生化处理”和“深度处理”技术，使废污水处理后可重复利用。零排放工程主要包括：

（1）废水分类或集中的收集和处理，使其符合达标排放的要求

（2）对处理达标的废水进一步净化、脱盐、消毒处理，使其满足不同用水点的水质要求
